30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Under our voluntary policy, supplements must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in their original packaging. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

Email info@vittovitamins.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect. The unopened-seal condition for change-of-mind returns does not remove your rights when goods are faulty or not as described.

Exceptions to our voluntary offer

Opened supplements, sale items and gift cards are excluded from our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind offer. This does not restrict your statutory rights. Sale purchases have the same statutory rights as full-price purchases.

UK online cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you generally have 14 days after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Exceptions can apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Exchanges

Request a return first. Once accepted, place a separate order for the product you want.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund. Statutory refund deadlines apply where required by law.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
